tickets, and confirmations are delivered to customers (“you”, “your”) by AiEventZo (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Nature of Our Services
AiEventZo primarily provides event management and digital event solutions, including online registrations,
ticket bookings, and event promotions.
Most of our products and services are digital in nature — such as e-tickets, digital passes, and online
confirmations — and are therefore delivered electronically.
Digital Delivery (E-Tickets / Online Services)
- Once your booking or order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your e-ticket,
invoice, or booking ID within a few minutes.
- In case of any delay (e.g., due to payment gateway issues or technical errors), delivery may take up to
24 hours.
- Digital products (like passes, event credentials, etc.) are delivered through email, SMS, or in-app
notifications to the contact information you provide at checkout.
- Please ensure that your email address and mobile number are accurate and active to avoid delivery
issues.
Physical Delivery (If Applicable)
In some cases (such as VIP passes, event merchandise, or physical kits):
- Delivery will be made to the address provided during booking.
- We generally dispatch physical items within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
- Digital deliveries (e-tickets, confirmations, etc.) are free of charge.
- Physical deliveries (if any) may include a nominal shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout
before you confirm your order.
- In case of express or international delivery, additional charges may apply.
Delivery Issues / Non-Receipt
If you do not receive your digital product or confirmation email within the expected time:
- Please check your spam/junk email folder first.
- If still not received, contact our support team with your order or booking ID.
- For physical deliveries, if your package is delayed or lost in transit, we will coordinate with the
courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address (for physical shipments).
We will not be liable for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided
by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a physical package is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or
non-availability of the recipient:
- We may re-ship the package upon receiving updated details and additional shipping charges (if
applicable).
- If re-delivery is not possible, a partial refund (excluding shipping charges) may be issued at our
discretion.
Delivery Confirmation
- For digital products: delivery is considered complete once the confirmation email or digital ticket has
been successfully sent to your registered email ID.
- For physical shipments: delivery is complete upon receipt confirmation by you or your authorized
representative.
